AEET Directors
Foyshal Ghazi
Has 15 years’ experience within the Employment, Recruitment and Training sector. He has successfully managed multiple contracts across multiple sites, ensuring key objectives are met.
He is performance driven and strategic minded. He holds a BSc (Hons) graduate in Computing with Business Management achieving an Upper Second Class (2:1). In addition, he has also achieved a NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance and Level 4 in PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector).
He has a passion for cars and technology and loves spending his free time with family and friends.

Dean Heath
A highly experienced and versatile manager, Dean Heath has a varied public and third sector background including over 14 years within the social and economic regeneration industries as well as over 10 years working for government and non-government public-funded organisations both in the UK and overseas and secondment to one of London's largest colleges. Strong financial and analytical acumen which has swiftly led to a many key roles within significant organisations, culmination in corporate, senior management roles delivering audit, compliance and monitoring functions.
He is a dedicated family man with keen interest in business, the motor industry and all sports.

Anita Garrard
Highly competent quality and training professional with a broad experience in education leadership and management (10 years in FE and 9 years Private Training Provider). Proven ability to head up and implement strategic planning for programmes of learning. Highly organised project manager utilising strong administration skills, and business negotiation - liaising at all levels, adaptable with diverse transferable skills.
A broad background in vocational excellence supports expertise from the Travel and Tourism industry and education sector utilising account management skills, teaching - Cert. ED / BA (Hons) and Internal Quality Assurance (Lead IQA) / Quality Nominee Lead for 2017 Ofsted inspection (Grade 2 - Good).

Outreach & IAG
Yovy Graziano
Is an experience outreach worker, who holds a NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance. She has a wealth of experience in the welfare to work industry ranging from: Engagement Officer, Job Brokerage, Administration, Adviser and Employment Coach.
Yovy, has a proven track record of achieving targets. She is proactive, self-motivated team player who combines interest in customer support and sound administration skills to assist customers whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Her main priority is to take care of her 15 year old son who is of the utmost importance to her. She also loves spending time with friends and family.

Training Team
Sue Fraser
Sue Fraser has a PGCERT level 7 and is very pleased to be working with AEET.
She has a wealth of expertise in teaching and training from a 20 year career in the industry. She specialises in the adult education sector. She successfully worked in the community of London delivering apprenticeships in Selfridges and gained recognition by receiving a Master Certificate of The Worshipful Company of Merchant Taylors, presented by the Lord Mayor of London for the design of a higher apprenticeship level 5.
Sue has a proven track record of developing learners at all levels and provides employability training and skills in diverse subjects including: Leadership and Management, Retail, Customer Service and Soft skills.

Matt Margetts
For over 15 years Matt has worked within the Welfare to Work as either a tutor or employment consultant. Working for some of the U.K’s premier provider companies as well as specialised training charities.
Holding a level 4 PTLLS, level 3 NVQ in I.A.G and an assessor’s qualification have enabled him to deliver training in Pre-Employment Training in qualified courses (BTEC and Traineeships) and non-qualified courses.
Delivering training in Adult Social Care, Construction Safety and Customer Service he has helped literally hundreds of people to meet their training goals and progress into employment.

Wayne Jones
Wayne spent 15 years as a manager in the corporate security industry responsible for the Health, Safety, Management, Training and Development of his teams.
In 2015 Wayne decided on a change of career deciding on entering the training and development sector.
Wayne holds a Level 3 PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) qualification as well as a valid CSCS card.
Wayne has a passion for health and fitness as a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor and regularly takes part in amateur boxing and kickboxing events.

Michael Locke
An experienced SFEDI accredited Business Advisor with over 14 years’ experience in the business sector and a proven track record, delivering effective business support and a CTTLS qualified trainer with over 9 years’ experience able to deliver various approved courses relating in Construction Health and Safety, Business Planning and Retail courses to a high standard and in line with teaching approved requirements.
Prior to teaching Michael has over 24 years’ experience working in the Banking Sector dealing with both personal and small business customers
