Adult Education Employment and Training (AEET) have developed a Hospitality Traineeship for 18 - 24 year olds where candidates will access high quality training, 121 support and real life quality work experience in the hospitality sector. 

A typical course will last 8 weeks (including class-based training and a minimum of 100 hours work experience) and will prepare the candidate to progress into employment, an apprenticeship or progress onto a further education course

Candidates will attend training to develop their knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours through Employability and Sector specific training along with Functional Skills qualifications (to achieve / develop English and Mathematics). Working with inspiring and motivational trainers’ candidates will create an action plan to help them to reach their goals and aspirations throughout the course. 

We have teamed up with several high-profile organisations in the Hospitality sector to provide a quality, worthwhile work experience placement, where candidates will work alongside employed staff to learn and develop the skills that employers are looking for in their staff.
