About Us
Adult Education Employment and Training (AEET) was founded in February 2018 to help and support people into jobs across a wide variety of sectors.
With over 30 years of experience between us it means that we understand the needs of the learners as well as the employer.
Having built strong relationships with employers we are able to tailor our courses to meet their needs and most offer our learners an interview / job after successfully completing their training.
With a strong focus on making sure that our learners are work ready and have built the skills and behaviours needed by employers, each of our trainers have valuable practical experience to share with them and provide 121 support to ensure that the learner is confident about their next steps.
We have supported over 1000 learners through our courses with over 150 going into work. We take great pride in helping people to develop in both skills and confidence which will enable them to improve their lives.

• To make learning a stimulating experience proactively encouraging Learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours
